Forks, Corks, & Pork

Come join us for a special four course collaboration from Chef Paul Buchanan of Primal Alchemy and our own Chef Alex!

We will be serving four courses, an amuse bouche, and a dessert! Every dish will have pork represented as an ingredient. This will be the first collaboration between Chef Paul and Chef Alex, two of the best chefs Long Beach has ever had! These dishes will be available only on this night, so be sure to make your reservation!

Reservations VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Limited amount of dinners will be available. Anyone without a reservation specifically for this event, or guests that are 15 minutes or more late (unless they call and let us know), will be first come, first served. See you here!
