Butchering Workshop

Once again, Chef Alex is breaking out the butcher block and showing everyone how to break down meat and make bacon! This event includes dinner and bacon to take home!

Reservations for this event are very strongly recommended, and they will be held until 6:15. If you are running late and can’t make it on time, please call us and we will try to hold your seat, but after 6:15 we will have to release it to other guests. Seating sold out last time, and we anticipate it will again this event. Seats are limited to 24, and if we have any space remaining on the day of the event, we will offer those as first come, first served. Attendants will enjoy a pork chop dinner and bacon to take home and share with your friends and family. Or not. Hide it in the back of the fridge and cook it up in the cover of nighttime. We WILL NOT rat you out. What bacon? We have no idea what you’re talking about.
